We are now offering a click and collect service in-store, this applies to items that are marked in stock only. This service will allow the comfort and convivence of browsing/shopping at home with the added benefit of coming in-store and speaking to our specialist team while collecting your purchase.

Step 1.

Once you have found the item or items on our site that you would like to purchase, the next step is to simply add this into your shopping basket.

Step 2.

Once you have finished your shopping online, simply go to the basket and finish off your order by clicking the pick-up in-store option which is one of the check out options. You will also be prompted to fill out all the details in the contact form, so we have your details and are able to contact you about your order.

What does In-store mean?

In-store means that they are available in the shop and can be picked up straight away.

 

When will my order be ready:

­For each click and collect order we receive, we will email or call you back and confirm when your order is ready for collection. In relation to the purchase of bikes that are ordered, we will contact you and give you a timeframe for collection as some bikes will need to be scheduled for building/collection.

 

Information I need for order collection:

When collecting your order in store you will need the following:

Confirmation email, proof of ID & proof of address.

Your order will be stored for 5 days and once the 5 days have passed you will need to re-order.

If you are having difficulties in collecting, please let us know and we will gladly hold the item in the store for an extended timeframe.

 

How can I cancel my order?
