To keep our prices down we only offer standard shipping.
We use An Post for Ireland and UK orders along with GLS for Europe and DHL for international orders.
Delivery is FREE in the Ireland and the UK for orders over €50 all other countries are charged a rate upon checkout.

P&A Orders for the Ireland and UK take 1-2 days to process and be dispatched and usually arrives within 3-5 days. Bike Orders take 2-5 days to process and be dispatched and usually arrives within 5-10 days

If you choose our Standard service orders may take 1-2 days to process and dispatch and the delivery time will be longer, provided items are in stock. Bikes may take upto 10 days to dispatch.
CUSTOMS & EXCISE DUTY
There is no import/export duty on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.
Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including the shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form.
We cannot inaccurately describe contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. For details of customs charges please consult with your own customs authorities for the latest rates.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
– The product was purchased in the last 30 days
– The product is in its original packaging
– The product isn’t used or damaged
– You have the receipt or proof of purchase
– You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from LK Bikes.
You will be liable for paypal fees on refunds, unless goods are faulty or not fit for purposes we will cover the paypal fees.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Items Signed for must be reported within 24 hours.
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
